Sleepless Nights and Launching Out

I’m in a strange mood today. I have no clue what I’m feeling. I also have no clue what to write here. For lunch I had a peanut butter and grape jam sandwich as well as some reheated Kraft Dinner from yesterday. It really didn’t go together that well, but oh well. I watched Star Wars Episode 2 as well, just because I felt like it. I was going to watch Episode 1, but it turns out that my sister decided to tape over it with some stupid Trading Spaces episode. Oh well. Once Episode 3 comes out, they’ll probably have some deal with all three episodes in a box set, so I’ll buy that then. Besides, Episode 1 isn’t that great anyways.

That’s about all I have to say about this entire day. Sad, isn’t it? Absolutely nothing happened, other than waking up about 8:30 and almost screaming at the clock. I mean, I’m so tired and I can’t sleep for more than 9 hours on a day when I could sleep the whole day and it wouldn’t even matter! I’m so frustrated with whatever the heck is doing this to my body. I’m so tired, and yet my body says, “Hey, let’s screw around with him by waking up when he doesn’t even have to.” I woke up this morning to a racking headache that decided not to go away the night before. It caused me a sleepless night, but also cut it short at the same time. I’d take any night right now, even a sleepless one.

I recently got Yahoo! Launch working on my computer again. I found it a long time ago, and since then I’ve had no end of frustration with it. It worked fine for a long time, and then suddenly quit working. The pop-up window wouldn’t open, or the music wouldn’t play; it was frustrating. I forgot about it for a while, then tried it again, and it worked again. Great! Until about a couple minutes later, when it suddenly decided not to work anymore. I forgot about it for a while again, but now I’ve tried it and it seems to be working alright again. I just can’t use Mozilla Firefox, which sucks; I have to use Internet Explorer to play it, which I never use anymore unless I have to for things like this. So that kind of sucks, but oh well. It’s worth it. It’s like a customized radio station, where you can rate the music you like and it will play it more often, along with other popular songs and other songs in the genres you like. If it worked better, I’d consider upgrading to LaunchCast Plus so I wouldn’t have to hear advertisements every few songs and I could get higher quality music. Oh well. The quality I get is worth what I pay for it, which is nothing right now. Sometimes I find some new bands I really like. Then again, sometimes it plays 50 Cent or Sheryl Crow. At least I can tell it never to play them again.

Anyways, rock on. I’m just going to sit here for as long as I can listening to music until I have to go to band practice at 6:30. Jordan’s likely coming over after that since his sister has people sleeping over at his house. Tonight should be an interesting night. The two options are that we stay up the entire night and don’t get any sleep at all, or that we fall asleep at a fairly decent hour and I actually get some quality sleep because I’ve worked myself to exhaustion. Either way, it’ll be an interesting night.
